Reminder

Avoid nutrient-lacking white foods (breads, flour, sugar) and go for all those colorful fruits and vegetables and dark whole-grain breads and cereals with their host of hidden nutrients.

  1. For work we are on a challenge to not eat the "white" stuff. Like cookie cakes etc. So at Valentines I decided that I really deserved two not just one but two sugare cookies. I was sick! It made me so very sick I couldn't believe it. So I'll stay away from the cookies, but I am game to try pie!
